From Holiness to Harvest 7/40

You are invited to join us for the Celebrate to Accelerate fast! Please review Celebrate to Accelerate and other words for the reasons behind the fast as well as daily encouragement!

On the final day of week 1, I wanted to align our focus once again upon the things on God’s heart.  God’s heart is for all of His children to become one with Him.  Because of this, there are two areas of focus I want to highlight today.

1. Holiness – Please read 2 Corinthians 6:16 -18 for context.

2 Corinthians 7:1 Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

God yearns for us to live and walk in increasing holiness in body, soul, and spirit.  He requires continual advancement of purity of heart if we are to be allowed access into the secret places with Him.  Too many times, holiness and purity can seem to be some sort of stoic legalism that keeps us from doing all the “fun” stuff.  All of this supposed “fun” stuff creates barriers between us and a Holy God.  He cannot allow the filthiness of the world to enter the Holy of Holies for it would be consumed in His Holy Fire and us along with it. It is for this reason that Father God is continually calling us to holiness that we may truly come close to Him.  The more we are cleansed from the sin and death of the world, the closer we can come to our Holy Father.  Repenting, confessing, and continuing to walk in purity and holiness give intimate access into a holy relationship between The Holy Father and His sons and daughters.  His longing is to dwell continually with us.  He craves to walk with you and Father you as true sons and daughters. Sons and daughters are forever becoming like their Father.

2. Harvest –

Matthew 9:36-38 But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. 37 Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.38 Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

The heart of The Father flowing through The Son caused him to see a lost humanity waiting to be gathered into His family.  What is the solution to this problem?  Pray for the laborers! God needs His representatives, His sons and daughters, to go and bring in The Great Harvest of souls.  God desires all of His children to become sons and daughters.

Immediately after this in chapter 10, Jesus sends out the disciples to do exactly what He had been doing and to bring in The Harvest.  When sons and daughters draw close to The Father, they will receive His heart of compassion for the lost.  My former youth pastor calls them pre-Christians, because they have not yet come to know Jesus, but they will in Jesus’ name!!!

Read Isaiah 6:1-6 for context

Isaiah 6:7-8 And he touched my mouth with it, and said: “Behold, this has touched your lips; Your iniquity is taken away, And your sin purged.” Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”

One final example that connects holiness and harvest together comes in the call of Isaiah.  Isaiah actively places himself in a position to receive from God.  He sees The Holiness of God and is immediately driven to repentance for himself and his people.  God is faithful to cleanse him completely.  After that, he accesses a secret conversation taking place in the heavenlies.  Having received a new heart, his desire is to immediately go for God without any information or limitation.  Our desire should be no different.  When we are touched, cleansed, and restored; our heart will be for others to receive the same no matter what kind of effort it may take from us.

Jesus, I pray that You will help me to become truly like You. I want to be free of all the filth of the world that I might have intimate access to the secret place with You.  Draw me closer than ever before even as I confess and repent of everything that has taken me far from You.

Father, transform me to have Your heart for all Your lost and wayward children.  Use me as a laborer in The Great Harvest that all the multitudes of pre-Christians may become part of Your family because of my love and obedience to You.

Practical –

  • Ask Holy Spirit to examine your life and reveal anything out of line with His Holiness.
  • Confess this and ask to be cleansed and purified by Jesus’ blood
  • Ask for The Father’s Heart of compassion for souls
  • Obey all that God asks you to say or do

Be blessed with the ability to walk in holiness and access the secret places of The Kingdom!  Be blessed to truly receive the heart of The Father and live a lifestyle laboring in The Great Harvest of souls!!!

Celebrate to Accelerate!!!

Are you ready to accelerate into 2020 with fresh fire, new vision, abundant life, and dynamic destiny?  Are you ready to advance the Kingdom in every area of your life?  Are you ready for The Kingdom of God to explode out of you in increasing measures?  This is your invitation to join us!!!

We have recently been encouraged to begin the new year (Jan 1- Feb 9) with a 40-day fast by one of our friends Charlie Shamp of Destiny Encounters. As I was seeking The Lord for what He was wanting to focus on during this fast, He highlighted this word by Kim Clement, “If you celebrate the Word of the Lord, God said, you will begin to accelerate.

This will be the focus of The 40 as we commence the new year, Celebrate to Accelerate!!!  We must celebrate the Word to accelerate the Kingdom!  Too many times we may come to Him in religious awe and reverence and forget that God says in Zephaniah 3:17 “He will rejoice over you with joy… He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy” (AMP).  If He rejoices over you with joy, original Hebrew gives the picture of spinning and dancing over you with joy, how much more should we rejoice at His word revealed in us, to us, and through us?  What is so special about His word?  Here’s a hint for you: John 1:1 “… the Word was God Himself” (AMP).  Just in case you did not get it the first time, John 1:14 “And the Word (Christ) became flesh, and lived among us…” (AMP).

Now that you can see that celebrating the Word is celebrating Jesus, you may ask, “What does fasting have to do with celebration?  Would it not be more appropriate to feast during a celebration?” My question for you is, “What are you feasting upon?”  I would much rather feast on the spiritual outpouring of an everlasting heaven than the wasting decadence of this world.

Celebrate Jesus!!! Feast on His presence and His Word from the throne of God!!!  As you celebrate and move into alignment with the Word, the Kingdom of God will be accelerated in you and through you!!!

This is your invitation!!!  Will you join us in celebrating the Word and accelerating The Kingdom?!?!  Will you begin this year anew by feasting on the Word and letting Jesus mold you more and more into His image?!?!  Will you see the glory and holiness of God as you press into Him?  Will you hear the voice of The Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?”  Will you respond with “Here I am!  Send Me!”

This is your invitation!!!  It is time to Celebrate The Word to Accelerate The Kingdom!!!

Holiness Leads to Harvest 7/40

You are invited to join us for The Propel Fast! Please review Propelled To The Next Level and other words for the reasons behind the fast as well as daily encouragement!

On the final day of week 1, I wanted to align our focus once again upon the things on God’s heart.  God’s heart is for all of His children to become one with Him.  Because of this, there are two things I will hone in on today.

2 Corinthians 7:1 Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

God yearns for us to live and walk in increasing holiness both in body and spirit.

Seek & Find

Daily Encouragement –

What are you seeking? Whom are you really seeking? Are you looking for a sign? A wonder? Or just to please yourself? Too many times, you are seeking the wrong thing or the wrong person. If you search hard enough, you will always find what you are looking for, but what are you really looking for?

Do not search for the living among the dead!!! You may fool yourself or be deceived into looking to things of this world for life. I assure you; there is only death in them. Whom are you seeking?

If you are looking for the author of life, do not look the way of the world. Destroy any self-seeking in yourself, and look to Me for all the life you will ever need. Life eternal. I have so much waiting for you to search out.

Seek Me! Draw near to Me! Press in to Me, and receive My life eternal right now!!! I love you My child!!!

Luke 24:5 “Why do you seek the living among the dead?”

Jeremiah, Man on Fire!!!

Whom Are You Seeking?

Daily Encouragement –

Whom are you seeking? I am He, and I am all you will ever need!!! You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. But, whom are you seeking?

Do you want a Friend? Savior? Father? Provider? Healer? Deliverer? I am all these things and more!!! However, you must come to Me to receive. You must search Me out and desire Me.

The things in this world mute your passions and desires until you no longer desire anything of value. I can only give you life and eternal when you come to Me!!! In turn, you must come to know and follow Me.

Even as you are seeking Me, I am seeking you to know you as child, disciple, and friend. Do not ever deny Me because I am where your power comes from. Deny Me, and you deny the power I have to heal, save, and set you free.

Come to close to Me and know Me and let Me know you as well that you may walk in Kingdom power!!! I love you My child!!!

John 18:4-8 Jesus therefore, knowing all things that would come upon Him, went forward and said to them, “Whom are you seeking?” 5 They answered Him, “Jesus of Nazareth.” Jesus said to them, “I am He.” And Judas, who betrayed Him, also stood with them. 6 Now when He said to them, “I am He,” they drew back and fell to the ground. 7 Then He asked them again, “Whom are you seeking?” And they said, “Jesus of Nazareth.” 8 Jesus answered, “I have told you that I am He.

John 18:25-27 Now Simon Peter stood and warmed himself. Therefore they said to him, “You are not also one of His disciples, are you?” He denied it and said, “I am not!” 26 One of the servants of the high priest, a relative of him whose ear Peter cut off, said, “Did I not see you in the garden with Him?” 27 Peter then denied again;
