The Lion’s Roar for the Divine Reorder

This morning in prayer, I had an incredible encounter.

Suddenly, I found myself in an otherworldly location, and inter-dimensional round suspended high above you. At that moment, The Lion of Judah appeared in His majestic, glorious splendor. He walked up to me and I ran to Him, following before Him and clinging to Him. I rested in the warmth of His strength and my face was resting in the gentleness of His thick mane.

He nuzzled me and then took a few steps forward overlooking the circle of the earth. Suddenly, He let out a massive roar that transcended time and space and He roared over the earth causing the earth to shake. I asked Him what He was doing and He said, “Watch and see.”

I looked out again over the earth and in the midst of the shaking, a brilliant light burst forth and cast its light over the earth. I asked Him what I was witnessing. He replied, “I am sounding the trumpet blast for the grand upheaval. Where the enemy had his claws sunk in My Bride, My Body, causing corruption, deception, and interruption; I am releasing the sound waves of a mighty and divine reorder. The shaking you see is his chokehold being shaken loose. It is also the shaking that one does when shaking a collection of rock and soil in a sieve. All of the sediment is filtered out with continuous shaking and stirring, and the true treasure is revealed and exposed.

I desire a pure Bride to carry forth My mission in the earth. As the great light of awakening rises upon her, she will emerge from the shaking glowing bright for all creation to see. Her light will never be hidden or snuffed out again; nor will she place a bushel over it out of fear and intimidation. When this divine reorder is said and done, My true Bride will emerge and be prepared for the Heavenly enlistment.”

Job‬ ‭37:1-5‬ (‭AMP‬‬)
“Indeed, at His thundering my heart trembles and leaps out of its place. Listen carefully to the thunder of His voice, and the rumbling that goes out of His mouth! He lets it loose under the whole heaven,  and His lightning to the ends of the earth. After it, His voice roars; He thunders with the voice of His majesty, and He does not restrain His lightning [against His adversaries] when His voice is heard. God thunders marvelously with His voice; He does great things which we cannot comprehend.”

‭‭Psalm 77:18‬ ‭(TPT)‬‬
“Rolling whirlwinds exploded with sonic booms of thunder, rumbling as the skies shouted out Your story with light and sound and wind. Everything on earth shook and trembled as You drew near.”

Joel‬ ‭3:16-17‬ (‭AMP‬‬)
“The Lord thunders and roars from Zion and utters His voice from Jerusalem [in judgment of His enemies], and the heavens and the earth tremble and shudder; but the Lord is a refuge for His people and a stronghold [of protection] to the children of Israel. Then you will know and understand fully that I am the Lord your God, dwelling in Zion, My holy mountain. Then Jerusalem will be holy, and strangers [who do not belong] will no longer pass through it.”

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5:8-10, 13-14‬ (‭TPT‬‬)
“Once your life was full of sin’s darkness, but now you have the very light of our Lord shining through you because of your union with Him. Your mission is to live as children flooded with His revelation-light! And the supernatural fruits of His light will be seen in you—goodness, righteousness, and truth. Then you will learn to choose what is beautiful to our Lord…Whatever the revelation-light exposes, it will also correct, and everything that reveals truth is light to the soul. This is why the Scripture says, “Arise, you sleeper! Rise up from your coffin and the Anointed One will shine His light into you!””

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:14-16‬ ‭(AMP)
“You are the light of [Christ to] the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence, and [recognize and honor and] glorify your Father who is in heaven.”

Detroit – There’s Healing Glory in the Cleansing

This morning I heard the Lord saying in my time with Him, “Come a little closer, My dear. Draw a little nearer, higher up the mountain with Me; for there are some secrets I want to show you.”

I was then caught up in the spirit and taken to a drug house where there was a couple who were high on drugs with an infant. Something happened and the man picked up a box and began filling it with drugs and needles as the woman sat behind him with her baby in her arms. He handed the box to me and they, though still being high, gave me all that they had for they had a new reason for life.

Suddenly, I found myself standing in the clouds overlooking a large river that ran through Detroit with a large bridge crossing it. Then an angel joined me to stand on my right and I asked what this was. He said, “watch and see!” I looked to the river that was filthy as darkness blanketed the city. Just then, a bright and explosive light occurred in the dark clouds and a massive angel the height of a skyscraper entered into our realm from Heaven clothed in golden light. He shot down and landed on the bridge entrance, where he then drew his sword and thrusted into the bridge all the way through into the river. A mighty shaking took place and a golden glory shot through his sword into the river. I could see demons that had been bringing in the opioids stopped dead in their tracks on the bridge, unable to pass through his sword.

A cracking began to take place from his sword behind him into the road and traveled through city streets and blocks until it reached the steps of a demonic temple in the center of the city. It traveled up the steps and into the temple all the way into the secret chambers where there was a fire and statues of Baal and Baphomet. The crack struck both statues and each came crumbling to the ground, and the fire was extinguished.

I was taken to the angel once again. Then a secondary shaking occurred and an explosion shot from his sword upward into the sky, where a golden portal opened with angels flooding into the city from heaven. They flocked into alleyways and in homes, destroying all drugs and began to take possession back from what was used for evil. I asked the angel next to me what I was seeing. He said, “you are seeing the crack down on what has rained here for far too long.“ I replied, “this region has such a rich heritage of revival and so many revivalist to have poured themselves out here to establish Your Kingdom, Lord.“

Suddenly, I felt a hand on my right shoulder and I turned to see Jesus standing next to me with a smile on His face. He said in response to my statement, “Yes, I love this land and I am striking the land with My divine justice. I am interrupting and disrupting the channels of access to demonic interferences and influences. What you see before you is the portal of Heaven open right on top of the enemy’s gateway access and he is being kicked out for good! I am going back to the heart in the door of access to pharmakeia and divination and they are being destroyed. No longer will I stand and watch the enemy destroy what has been planted here.
I am bringing healing to these waters from the overflow of the river in Heaven. No longer will these waters be filled with filth, for I am bringing cleansing and it shall now be called the Euphrates. You will see all these things take place in the days to come; and then a mighty outbreak will come forth of Heaven invading earth, here and forever. Mark My words, so shall it be! Declare its coming!“

Then I found myself back in my chair.

After I recorded this encounter, I began to look up Michigan and Detroit, for I know very little other than some revival history in the days of old; and I have never been to Michigan. I began to search and see if there was indeed a river that flowed through the city and was shocked to find that I indeed was taken above the city overlooking Ambassador Bridge, where I saw the angel stand upon and open Heaven’s portal. The bridge stands over the Detroit River, connecting the U.S. to Canada; and it is the busiest international border crossing in terms of trade. The river has also been one of the most polluted in the region. Blocks down from where I watched the crack travel is the world’s largest masonic temple, in the exact place I saw it stop in the encounter.

I believe what Jesus was revealing is that the opioid epidemic and the darkness affecting Detroit has been ushered in through demonic activity and witchcraft stemming from this temple. The temple was opened on February 22, 1926 (2-22). I believe there was a handing over of the keys of the Kingdom (Isaiah 22:22) to the enemy that took place in that day and a continuous spiral downward began leading Detroit to death and decay.

Where there should have been watchmen on the wall in those days and gatekeepers keeping guard of the city and that gateway, somewhere there was a failure to stand at post and protect the city from enemy invaders.

The good news is, God is alerting His gatekeepers and watchmen in this hour once more to stand at your posts, take back the keys of access, and to decree and declare that Heaven’s portal be opened over Detroit!

Join with us in prayer over Detroit, that she would become what she was always designed to be!

May every idol be cast down in Detroit, Michigan and Jesus be lifted high! May every spirit of darkness and death be destroyed and their spells broken in Jesus’ mighty name! As a gatekeeper and watchman on the wall, I take up the keys of the Kingdom and I bind every demonic access into this city and state, I lock the door permanently in Jesus’ name! I fling wide the door to Heaven and say, let Heaven come and fill this city! Let her rivers be cleansed as Jesus said, and that she now be called the Euphrates (The Good Fruitful One); and that the overflow of the River in Heaven would bring healing to her city and people as it is in Heaven!

Revelation‬ ‭22:1-5‬ ‭(TPT‬‬)
“Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, flowing with water clear as crystal, continuously pouring out from the throne of God and of the Lamb. The river was flowing in the middle of the street of the city, and on either side of the river was the Tree of Life, with its twelve kinds of ripe fruit according to each month of the year. The leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations. And every curse will be broken and no longer exist, for the throne of God and of the Lamb will be there in the city. His loving servants will serve Him; they will see constantly His face, and His name will be on their foreheads. Night will be no more. They will never need the light of the sun or a lamp, because the Lord God will shine on them. And they will reign as kings forever and ever!”

Isaiah‬ ‭22:22‬ ‭(AMP‬‬)
“Then I will set on his shoulder the key of the house of David; When he opens no one will shut, When he shuts no one will open.”

Matthew‬ ‭16:19 (TPT)
“I will give you the keys of Heaven’s Kingdom realm to forbid on earth that which is forbidden in Heaven, and to release on earth that which is released in Heaven.”

Stand Strong and Inherit The Promise 36/40

You are invited to join us for the Celebrate to Accelerate fast! Please review Celebrate to Accelerate and other words for the reasons behind the fast as well as daily encouragement.

Now, we are so close to the end. The end is in sight.  Do not give up or surrender to the enemy. Press on and obtain the prize of knowing Jesus in a greater way.  The 40 has been a special time of sowing seed, and we will fully complete it together if we do not lose heart!

Today, as we press on toward the end. I was reminded of something that needs to be shared.  Lou Engle, a man who is known for fasting and praying as a lifestyle, has said that often, we do not see the fruit of 40 days of fasting until afterwards.  My wife and I have been seeking the Lord diligently for a long time with varying degrees of success in hearing and seeing.  However, it seems that during The 40, many times there there are few dreams, visions, or life-changing words.  I want you to know that if you are experiencing this, others are as well. It can be discouraging to be in this place, but know this, you are not alone, and the best fruit takes a little longer to grow.

As we look at faith and patience partnering together to bring forth fruit, we must recognize the entire book of Hebrews was written for this purpose. I encourage you, the last few days of The 40, I encourage you to read through Hebrews a couple chapters at a time.  This book was written to Jewish people that had converted to Chrisitanity, but were not seeing the benefits and blessings they had been told about.  Because of this, they were considering returning to religious Judaism which they were more accustomed to and familiar with.

Hebrews 6:12 “…do not become sluggish [lazy], but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

In this chapter the writer of Hebrews reveals that the great fathers of the faith, such as Abraham, inherited the promises of God by faith and patience.  The promises that God gives are not received by a one time prayer and here you go.  The greatest promises took years of enduring faith for the people of God to see take place.

Vs. 15 “And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.”

Abraham being the example here, had to wait until he was well past the normal point of having children to receive the first fruit of his promise Isaac. God promised to give him more than the stars in the sky multitude of descendants, and he had to patiently endure just to see Isaac.  Through faith and patience, he obtained and inherited the first part of an amazing promises that is still being fulfilled today!

Over in Hebrews 11 is the other half of the story:

Hebrews 11:11 By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.

Sarah also had to have a persevering faith to believe that what God said he would bring forth through her would take place. The good thing that we see here is her unbelief, she laughed at the word of The Lord, is not recorded.  Only the faith and patience that inherits the promise is recorded in the history of heaven.

Even after Abraham and Sarah received the primary fulfillment of their promise Isaac, God tested them to see if they would still have faith that would be supernaturally obedient and enduring to give God glory through the seed.  This is what is recorded about Abraham’s faith:

Hebrews 11:17-19 By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, “In Isaac your seed shall be called,” concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead, from which he also received him in a figurative sense.

Abraham had such an assurance in the faithfulness of God to bring about the promise that He had spoken Abraham believed God would raise Isaac from the dead to complete it. This faith was that much more incredible, because no one was recorded to have ever been raised from the dead before this time.  This is just one of the fathers of our faith who is a great example of inheriting the promises of God by faith and persevering patience.

My encouragement for us today is to stand strong, never give up and never lose heart. Maybe you have seen some fruit already from The 40, maybe not.  Look to the faithfulness of God to bring forth the seeds that have been sown and grown during this season to bring them forth at exactly the right time.  Give glory to God and testify of His goodness in the smallest of hopeful blessings, knowing this: “God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all you can ask for, hope for, or imagine…”  (Ephesians 3: 20).  Look for the fulfillment of your prayers, big or small, and let them spur you on to faith and patience in obtaining the promises of God and never giving up on what God has spoken!

Jesus, I desire to truly be one of Your children of faith. No matter what I may see with my eyes, I will look to You to fulfill Your promises. Help me to have continually increasing faith and patience in You that You may bring forth all that You have for me and want to do through me. May I never give up on You because You are faithful!!!

Here we go again!  Another awesome day in The Lord.  There may not be anything special to day 19 for you, but God has a special reward for those who diligently seek Him.  He has your reward!  He is the reward! He has more on day 19 to give than yesterday, and I pray a special outpouring of His glory and grace to continue in strength, life, and provision today! Hallelujah!

God is good and continually blesses our mouths with good things.  Whether we are eating or not, He nourishes our soul and spirit with true manna from heaven.  Every single one of us is seeking Him in prayer and fasting for a reason and a purpose.  I have encouraged you to make a list of things to be praying and declaring over the length of the fast.  Do not neglect to pray for these things.  On my list are the impossible things, supernatural healing, wisdom from heaven, open doors, souls, nations, freedom and breakthrough.

Do not allow discouragement to dishearten you from pressing in and continuing to lift these things up in prayer to the Lord.  We do not see all that is taking place in the spiritual realm, but we know this: James 5:16-18 tremendous power is released through the passionate, heartfelt prayer of a godly believer! 17 Elijah was a man with human frailties, just like all of us, but he prayed and received supernatural answers. He actually shut the heavens over the land so there would be no rain for three and a half years! 18 Then he prayed again and the skies opened up over the land so that the rain came again and produced the harvest.  Passionate, diligent, earnest prayers from a believer walking in righteousness have the power to change things that happen in the spiritual realm.  We discuss this more in “Shifting the Heavens“.

What is does not mention in this passage is that Elijah had to go before the Lord and pray seven times before He began to see the fruit of his prayer for rain to return to the land (1 Kings 18:42-46).  Elijah’s powerful prayers were not immediately answered.  He had to press through to breakthrough.  He had to get past his doubts, fear, worries, and seeming lack of power to experience the blessing that God had promised would come.  He had to look to the promise and press in until he saw fulfillment of that promise.

Later, we see an interesting story taking place in Judges 20 that demonstrates the point even more fully.  During a time when Israel was without a leader, every man did what was right in his own eyes.  Here, the city of Gibeah, of the tribe of Benjamin, had committed an atrocity.  Their fleshly desire to abuse and injure a Levite led them to instead rape and murder his female slave.  Instead of repenting, the entire tribe of Benjamin “backs their boys” and goes out to war against the rest of Israel who is coming against them as retribution for turning from The Lord and committing this atrocity. Israel asked The Lord if they should war against Benjamin and who should go first.  God speaks for them to go and put Judah first.  Following God’s direction, 22,000 men of Israel are slain during Israel’s defeat that day.  Israel goes to God again and asks if they should return to the battle.  God says go, and at the instruction of God, 18,000 more people are slaughtered and Israel defeated.  Israel, God’s people fighting for justice and righteousness, are sorely defeated because they listened and obeyed God’s words explicitly.   Why was this happening?  Why were they defeated? What was taking place? Twice, Israel went through devastating tragedies and they were doing right.  They were obeying the law.

Whatever else was happening, there was tremendous discouragement taking place at their defeat.  This is their response:   Judges 20:26-28 Then all the children of Israel, that is, all the people, went up and came to the house of God and wept. They sat there before the Lord and fasted that day until evening… So the children of Israel inquired of the Lord… saying, “Shall I yet again go out to battle against the children of my brother Benjamin, or shall I cease?”  And the Lord said, “Go up, for tomorrow I will deliver them into your hand.” Again, the people of Israel return to the Lord.  This time, it says that all the people came to The Lord with repentance, fasting and prayer.  We do not know if all the people were unified before, but now, they know they need a breakthrough and only God can help them.  Their military prowess has been overwhelmingly defeated and only God can give them the breakthrough.  In unified hearts, prayers, and fasting, they follow the instructions of the The Lord and 30 of their people die in the battle the next day, but 25,100 of the tribe of Benjamin are defeated.  Whether the change was in their hearts, mind, or actions, they finally come into line with The Lord and gain their victory and breakthrough.

This is my encouragement for today, it is in repentance, fasting, and prayer that our hearts fully come into line with God, His plans, and His purposes.  Whether the change takes place in us or in the spiritual realm, we cannot always understand or know.  What I do know is that we must press through to breakthrough.  A butterfly must struggle to be released from its chrysalis or it will never have the strength to fly in the power it has been given.  It will languish and die if released by some other unseen force beyond its own struggle.  Through its struggles, it is empowered to breakthrough and fly.  May this word be manifest in us today.  Through your struggling and warring with God in the secret place, may you press through and gain the strength and sustenance to breakthrough and walk into new levels with Him.

Jesus, help me to never give up on following You and what You have called me to do, say, pray for, or walk in.  I trust You to complete Your promises even as You strengthen me to press through every hindrance into the destiny You have designed for me.

Practical –

  • Ask Holy Spirit to bring to remembrance the promises spoken to you that you may have given up on.
  • Ask for a renewal of strength to press in for the breakthrough in these areas
  • Ask for His patient perseverance to press through the fear, worry, unbelief, and other obstacles
  • Continue to press through for the breakthrough

I bless you to receive the power and strength of The Almighty to press through that the breakthrough may take place in you and the lives of all those around you!

Through the struggles, it is empowered to breakthrough and fly.  May this word be manifest in us today.  Through your struggling and warring with God in the secret place, may you press through and gain the strength and sustenance to breakthrough and walk in the next levels with Him.
Jesus, help me to never give up on following You and what You have called me to do, say, pray for, or walk in.  I trust You to complete Your promises even as You strengthen me to press through every hindrance into the destiny You have designed for me.
Practical –

  • Ask Holy Spirit to bring to remembrance the promises spoken to you that you may not be pressing in to see take place at this moment.
  • Ask for a renewal of strength to press in for the breakthrough in these areas
  • Ask for His patient perseverance to press through the fear, worry, unbelief, and other obstacles
  • Continue to press through for the breakthrough

I bless you to receive the power and strength of The Almighty to press through that the breakthrough may take place in you and the lives of all those around you.

Lift Up Your Eyes

Prophetic Word- September 21, 2017

Like the sun rises in the east and sets in the west and does not change where it is from or where it is going, so it is with My steadfast and enduring love. Many hearts will grow cold in the season to come, but My love for My creation never will!

Look and see for I will send forth a sign of My unchanging nature and covenant with My chosen ones. Surely it will be seen by many as their eyes lift to the skies. From the north to the south, east to the west, you will see it. What will be considered a phenomenon will be normal to Me. And still I am displaying My wonders so that all might know My deep, deep love. A rainbow in the night sky will be this sign. At the sight of it, a bursting forth of revelation of My Son will be made manifest in the earth. Many who have determined that there is no God will finally see and know.

No more running away from what is Truth! I am in a fearless pursuit of My children! I will not rest until all have had a chance to know My love and My heart!

Matthew‬ ‭24:12-14‬ ‭(TPT)‭‭
“There will be such an increase of sin and lawlessness that those whose hearts once burned with passion for God and others will grow cold. But keep your hope to the end and you will experience life and deliverance. Yet through it all, this joyful assurance of the realm of Heaven’s Kingdom will be proclaimed all over the world, providing every nation with a demonstration of the reality of God. And after this the end of this age will arrive.”
