Are You Needy?

Daily Encouragement –

What do you need today? How do you plan on getting through this week, month, year? What are you trusting in? Do you trust your might, your resources, yourself?

Pride is you trusting in you and your way. Pride tells you that you can make it by working harder, getting more education, making more money… These things are not bad, but trusting in them is pride.

Do you realize you need Me? A basic acknowledgement and belief in Me is required for salvation. However, you must learn to rely on Me every single day to excel in life. Pride says you can get through because of something of yourself, what you have said or done.

You need Me! You need to trust Me! As you trust Me, I will bring everything you need to be fully blessed. If you learn to trust Me as much as you trust yourself, you will be unstoppable in The Kingdom! Come and trust Me today! I love you My child!!!

Jeremiah 49:4 Why do you boast… O backsliding daughter? Who trusted in her treasures, saying, ‘Who will come against me?’

V. 16 Your fierceness has deceived you, The pride of your heart…

Matthew 5:3 “Blessed [spiritually prosperous, happy, to be admired] are the poor in spirit [those devoid of spiritual arrogance, those who recognize their spiritual need], for theirs is the kingdom of heaven[both now and forever].

Self-sufficient?

Daily Encouragement –

What do you need? Are you good? Are you self-sufficient? Where do you place your trust?

It is not wrong to know you are needy. It is prideful to think you could ever be self-sufficient. This lifestyle leads to death and destruction in so many different ways. You need Me!

Do you trust in your good works, the work of your own hands? I am the One who works in you the Good. Do you trust in your own reason, resources, and riches? Everything good comes from Me! You must never trust in the things I have given, this is idolatry. Trust in Me!!!

You can never be self-sufficient. You need Me. You could never take away the stain of sin! You cannot work your way into salvation, healing, or freedom… But why would you want to even try? I have already done the work and paid the price.

Come to Me and receive all that I have! My storehouse is full of resources waiting for you to ask and trust. You need Me. Come and find your sufficiency in Me. I love you My child and will supply everything you need and more, if you will only come to Me and trust!!!

Jeremiah 48:7 “For because you have trusted in your works and your treasures,You also shall be taken…”

Philippians 4:19 “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

It’s My Way…

Daily Encouragement –

Are you satisfied with life? Do you have all you need? Are you walking so you will not stumble and fall? Do you really know Me?

Sadly, at some point, or at many points, you will choose to walk in your own way. If you are walking in your own way, you will become dissatisfied, needy, you will begin to falter, and feel alone. This is a miserable existence, and I do not want this to be the story of your life or even a chapter in it.

Come to Me! Return to Me! Acknowledge the foolishness of your own way, and walk with Me!

Walking with Me, you will have all you need, and I am walking with you to help you. I am here to satisfy the deepest longing of your heart. I am close and will reveal all of Who I am so we will grow in relationship together.

I am willing! I am ready! I am waiting for you! Come to Me! Come closer! Let’s walk together! I love you My child!!!

Jeremiah 31:9 “They shall come with weeping, And with supplications I will lead them. I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters, in a straight way in which they shall not stumble; For I am a Father…”

V. 18-19 “… Restore me, and I will return, For You are the Lord my God. Surely, after my turning, I repented; And after I was instructed, I struck myself on the thigh; I was ashamed, yes, even humiliated, Because I bore the reproach of my youth.’”

V. 33-34 “But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 34 No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”
