Can You Hear The Stars Singing?

It is a historic window of time we are in at the moment given that fifty years ago this week, July 16 – July 24, man first set foot on the moon with the Apollo 11 space mission. As I was sharing with my boys this morning about the moon landing that took place this day in 1969 and showing photos and video footage, the Lord began to remind me of a word He spoke on January 3rd of this year that I had typed up but never felt released to share:

During my early morning seeking time with the Lord recently, He began to speak to me and peak my wonder of creation and of the stars. As I gazed out the front window in my living room set high upon the wall, I saw the moon rising in star-mingled darkness in preparation to give way to the sun’s light. In that place, I heard the Lord say:

“The stars are testifying of the Light that is coming. Here in the night, they light up the sky with glimmers of life as a true and pure reflection of My Son rising on the horizon.

Long before the light and rays of the Son ever appear to shine upon the earth, the celestial body tells of the One Who brings light into existence.

They raise up a sound and song of light, yes, explosive light; and they gather together in a divine convergence of the emergence of the Son. Each one, though unique, tells the story of their Maker. Each one testifies of the glory and grace of the One Who fashioned them into being. An explosive power resonates throughout time and space bringing each into their purpose. Let the fire of their existence rise into a glorious bonfire of magnification.”

Job 38:4-7 (AMP)
“Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Tell Me, if you know and have understanding. Who determined the measurements [of the earth], if you know? Or who stretched the [measuring] line on it? On what were its foundations fastened? Or who laid its cornerstone, when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God (angels) shouted for joy?”

Isaiah 44:23 (TPT)
“Sing! Starry sky above break loose with singing, for Yahweh has finished it! Shout! Earth deep below, give up your shout! Mountains high, break out with joyous songs of praise! Let the forest choirs join in, every tree singing its notes! For Yahweh has paid the ransom price for you.”

I began to feel a strong urging to release this word and I believe that this fifty year mark signifies a transformational shift in the spirit as well as in all of creation. Neil Armstrong is famously quoted for saying as he set foot on the surface of the moon, “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”

The Lord brought that quote to mind as I pondered on this word and I believe that He is saying, “You have entered into a divine opportunity to arise with the celestial body in the expanse of the heavens and birth a new song, a new sound, and a new magnification of the Son.

As you finish out 2019 and head into 2020, you will see an emergence of the Global Body of Christ being awakened by the Son’s Light rising upon a new dawn, a new horizon. A deep understanding of the Day of the Lord that is rising upon you will shake dead and dormant ones awake and will thrust forth Burning Ones into their destiny to reflect the Son’s Light in the earth. Just as you cannot number the stars in the sky, so too, will you be unable to number the vastness of new sound waves I am releasing through these Burning Ones as they charge forth into the night and carry with them Dawn’s Burning Light!

No longer will there be the “hard and dark places,” for I have erased that term from the very essence of vocabulary. From now on, a heralding cry will echo forth through time and space, beckoning the lost to be gathered into My bosom. The cry and song of My Burning Ones will cause the earth to tremble and the heavens to roar and pour forth Salvation’s Song! Surely, I will finish what I started!”

Psalm 148:1-6 (TPT)
The Cosmic Chorus of Praise
“Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Let the skies be filled with praise and the highest heavens with the shouts of glory! Go ahead—praise Him, all you His messengers! Praise Him some more, all you heavenly hosts! Keep it up, sun and moon! Don’t stop now, all you twinkling stars of light! Take it up even higher—up to the highest heavens, until the cosmic chorus thunders His praise! Let the entire universe erupt with praise to God. From nothing to something He spoke and created it all. He established the cosmos to last forever, and He stands behind His commands so His orders will never be revoked.”

Revelation 22:16 (AMP)
“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you and to give you assurance of these things for the churches. I am the Root (the Source, the Life) and the Offspring of David, the radiant and bright Morning Star.”

Beloved, I have been saying this for what feels like ages, but the brevity of it bears an eternal witness in the heavens: THE TIME TO ARISE AND SHINE IS UPON YOU!!! THE LIGHT HAS COME!!! DO NOT WASTE ANOTHER MOMENT ON THAT WHICH DOES NOT BEAR AN ETERNAL WEIGHT AND AN ETERNAL FRUIT!!!

Isaiah 60:1-5 (AMP)
“Arise [from spiritual depression to a new life], shine [be radiant with the glory and brilliance of the Lord]; for your light has come, and the glory and brilliance of the Lord has risen upon you. For in fact, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness will cover the peoples; but the Lord will rise upon you [Jerusalem] and His glory and brilliance will be seen on you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes around you and see; they all gather together, they come to you. Your sons will come from far away, and your daughters will be looked after at their side. Then you will see and be radiant, and your heart will tremble [with joy] and rejoice because the abundant wealth of the seas will be brought to you, the wealth of the nations will come to you.”

Isaiah 60:19-22 (AMP)
“The sun will no longer be your light by day, nor shall the bright glow of the moon give light to you, but the Lord will be an everlasting light for you; and your God will be your glory and splendor. Your sun will no longer set, nor will your moon wane; for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning will be over. Then all your people will be [uncompromisingly and consistently] righteous; they will possess the land forever, the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, that I may be glorified. The smallest one will become a thousand (a clan), and the least one a mighty nation. I, the Lord, will quicken it in its [appointed] time.”

Belize Day 6 –
Emerging from our shelter we were greeted with an unfamiliar sight.  Trees as large as houses were strewn everywhere. Branches and leaves had been stripped from the trees and scattered on every inch of the ground.  With the welcome morning light, this is what our eyes came upon.  A new world lay before us, somehow similar to the old, but oh so different.

Some of us got to work cleaning up immediately and others went off to sleep in their beds and make sure their rooms were not torn apart.  We had a lot of things get wet in our room and some leaves had blown in, but besides that not much trouble.  The power being out is inconvenient for a lot of people, but just another effect of the storm. We worked all morning to pile branches and leaves. Sometime during the night, Santi had forgotten to move his vehicle to a safe place and it had been partially crushed by a monstrous tree.  The highlight of the morning was when we were finally able to get the tree off the truck and see that it was dented and had some broken windows but was still usable.

Our next task was to clear the downed power lines so that we could get them repaired. Along, the way, we repaired the horse pen while many continued to stack the seemingly endless supply of broken branches and downed trees.  By lunch, most were exhausted and I had to sleep for a few hours.  After a quick nap, I got back to work until dinner when I found out that Sarah was apparently suffering from heat exhaustion and lack of sleep.  I know she worked just as hard as, if not harder than, the majority of the guys and never took a break for water or anything.  She was paying for it. Heidi and I went and prayed for her, and we saw an immediate improvement.  We sat around for about an hour around a candle talking and finally turned in for the night.  This has become a rather interesting real mission trip that most people were unprepared for.
Interestingly, a day or two before I left for Belize, God had spoken something to me during my prayer time.  I was praying and preparing spiritually for the trip and got a strange impression.  It was not even what I would call a word, but I felt as if this mission would be more than what we knew or expected and that we may not come back when we planned on it.  I know now that it was God, but then I had this feeling that this trip was going to be bigger than anyone expected and that something was going to happen that no one planned on or prepared for.  Like I said, it was not clear enough for me to tell the leaders, but it was this nagging thought.  I was unsure of what to expect or if I was just being silly, but I made plans in the physical to have everything taken care of in case I did not come back when I thought I would.
Now, I know that was a word from the Lord.  I doubt any of us would have gone if we had known that we would be in the middle of a hurricane.  However, God was preparing me even before the trip for unexpected things that would take place.  Even on my 28th mission trip, God is still giving me adventure and allowing me to experience something I had never done before and may never do again, endure through a hurricane.
Devotion –
These are difficult times that we all live in.  God has chosen you to live at this time and He gives you everything that you need to succeed.  The more troubling things that are around you, the closer you need to get to Him!
Press into Him and He will give you the ability to press on no matter the lack of sleep, uncomfortable conditions, pain, or whatever you may be going through.
Interestingly, God revealed to me something that I never really could have known or been prepared for, experiencing a hurricane, during my time with Him.  I was close to Him even before the hard times came, and because of this, He was able to prepare me for the unknown hard times to come so that I was ready to endure when the time came.  This demonstrates how important it is to press into Him during the easy times as well as the difficult.
Challenge –
Today, ask God to help you to come closer to Him than ever before.  As you do this, look for the encouragement, strength, and life that will come as a result of deepening devotion and intimacy with Him!!!
